Sex & Trauma Therapy for Individuals and Relationships in Seattle, Washington

A collective of independent therapists specializing in sex, relationships, trauma, identity, and inclusive mental health care.

WELCOME, WE ARE SO GLAD YOU’RE HERE

Life experiences can shape the way you see yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. You may feel disconnected from your body, uncertain in your relationships, overwhelmed by anxiety, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Whatever brings you here, you're in the right place.

We are a collective of independent therapists offering specialized care. We provide individual therapy, relational therapy, and sex therapy online throughout Washington, Oregon, and Hawaii and in-person therapy in Seattle and Tacoma.  United by shared values of curiosity, compassion, autonomy, and justice, our clinicians provide affirming, evidence-based care that honors your unique story.

Together, we go beyond symptom management to help you cultivate deeper self-understanding, healthier relationships, and a life that feels more connected, embodied, and authentic.

WHY A COLLECTIVE?

Most therapists work alone.

We chose something different.

Our collective brings together independent clinicians who trust one another, share resources, consult on complex cases, and continually grow together. That means clients have access to a network of specialized providers, not just one perspective.

When one therapist isn't the best fit, someone else in our community may be.

Because finding the right therapist shouldn't be left to chance.

OUR SPECIALTIES

YOU DON'T HAVE TO FIGURE THIS OUT ALONE

Instead of wondering whether therapy can help, imagine feeling understood by someone who truly gets what you're experiencing.

You might be...

  • Feeling disconnected from yourself or your partner.

  • Struggling with sex, intimacy, desire, or communication.

  • Healing from religious or sexual trauma.

  • Exploring your identity, gender, or sexuality.

  • Navigating nontraditional relationships or relationship transitions.

  • Looking for a therapist who won't make you educate them first.

Whatever brings you here, you deserve care that is affirming, knowledgeable, and rooted in respect.

Our Story

We created this collective because we believe therapy is stronger in community. Too often, clinicians work in isolation, expected to hold all the answers alone. We wanted something different; a space where trusted colleagues could connect, share knowledge, pool resources, and continue learning together.

Our collective is rooted in the belief that when therapists are supported, challenged, and inspired by one another, our clients benefit. Through collaboration, consultation, training, and shared expertise, we expand access to ethical, affirming, sex-positive care while helping clients find providers who truly understand their unique experiences.

Beyond professional growth, we've built a community grounded in friendship, curiosity, and joy. We celebrate one another, lean on each other, laugh together, and create a network where no one has to do this work alone. By investing in one another, we become better clinicians, and help foster a more connected, compassionate future for our clients and our profession.
